Leaving Wasilla July 25th, driving 20′ U-Haul with trailer for Jeep, up to Tok and across the border.
Drive Alcan to Dawson Creek. From Dawson Creek, down to Whitecourt and hang a right towards Jasper to drive the Icefields Pkwy down to Banff.
From there I want to avoid Calgary, so I’m heading down Hwy 22/Cowboy Trail and connect back up with Hwy 2 on the south side of Calgary.
Then follow Hwy 2 down, crossing the border back into the US and continue on now US-89 to St. Mary, Montana East Glacier KOA and stay for 2 nights, July 30th, 31st, in one of the KOA Kabins (I love em).
Take a day there in the Jeep driving the Going To The Sun Road.
August 1st, head for Michigan along US-2 and be there on the 3rd.

3,842 Miles plus the day detour through Montana on Gong to the Sun Road.
